    My Arkansas stone finally cuts the way it's supposed to now that I'm using an actual honing oil instead of water. It goes on thin, doesn't gum up the surface, and a little bit spreads way further than I expected. Nice to know it's non-toxic too, since I'm not great about wearing gloves.
