Boker - 山茶花油

Wasn't sure what to expect from a "taste neutral" oil, but it genuinely is — I used it on a cast iron pan and there's zero flavor transfer. The thin consistency means a few drops go a long way, so this small bottle will last me months.

I picked this up for my wooden knife handles and it's been perfect for that. The oil is genuinely thin, so it soaks in fast instead of sitting on the surface, and there's zero smell which I appreciate. A few drops go a long way too.

I use this for keeping my carbon steel knives from rusting and a few drops goes a long way. It's taste neutral too, so I don't have to worry about it affecting food prep. The thin texture really soaks in instead of sitting greasy on the blade.
