A Word from the Manufacturer
In 1774 and 1775, the Boston Committee of Correspondence and the Massachusetts Committee of Safety employed Paul Revere as an express rider to carry news, messages, and copies of important documents as far away as New York and Philadelphia.
On the evening of April 18, 1775, Dr. Joseph Warren summoned Paul Revere and gave him the task of riding to Lexington, Massachusetts, with the news that British soldiers stationed in Boston were about to march into the countryside northwest of the town.
After narrowly avoiding capture outside Charlestown, Revere altered his route and rode through Medford, sounding the alarm house by house before continuing through Menotomy, today known as Arlington. Carefully avoiding Loyalist estates along the way, he ultimately arrived in Lexington sometime after midnight.
Heritage Hill’s Midnight Ride scent evokes the cool spring evening that helped spark a revolution of freedom. Crafted in the spirit of Colonial American grooming traditions, this aftershave is formulated with classic ingredients long respected for their refreshing and restorative qualities.
Directions for Use
Shake well before use. After shaving, apply a small amount to the hands and gently pat onto freshly shaved skin. Allow the splash to absorb naturally for a refreshing and invigorating post shave finish.
