I was worried about shedding, but after a few warm water soaks the 65mm loft fluffed up perfectly and holds lather like a dream. The knot is dense enough for face lathering yet soft on the skin, exactly what I was hoping for.

The 26mm knot sits perfectly in a handle I turned last week, and the 65mm loft gives just the right backbone for face lathering. The synthetic bristles dried completely within a couple hours, no smell at all. This is my third knot and it's the easiest to set so far.

I was a bit worried about the total height of 65mm for my handle, but it fits just right and the backbone is superb for face lathering. The knot bloomed after just a few uses and feels surprisingly soft yet scrubby.
